If you are a SELLER... who wishes to use my web services and post your home on my website for marketing space for your FSBO, please fill out the general information form and request to have a "FSBO packet" sent to your home. The packet consists of a form to be filled out with the details of your home including size, price, number of rooms etc. This packet also includes the proper disclosure forms that are state mandated. The packet is either available by e-mail or standard mail, please specify your perferred method of communication.
